Grrrrreat!

Woke up feeling great this morning. A little irritable but great over all.

For Breakfast I made ham, mushroom and egg white omelettesĀ for Mama and myself. Very tasty and even with a light english muffin and the coffeemate in my coffee, my calorie total was 289.

Before breakfast I stepped onto the bathroom scale out of habit and was pleasantly surprised to see that I was down 5.5 lbs. Not too shabby for one days work.

Getting back on track in 2012. The wife and I were very successful in our efforts to lose weight and get into better shape last year. The holiday season (Starting roughly around Halloween) kind of kicked our ass. Meaning that we definitely found some of that weight that we had lost. We started our diet again and I’m going to use mepapa.com as a calorie and weight log. You must be so excited.

Monday Breakfast:

  • 1/4 cup Egg Whites: 35 calories
  • 1 slice fat free American cheese: 30 calories
  • 1 slice light wheat bread: 35 calories
  • 1/4 cup diced onion & pepper: 10 calories
  • 1/2 tbsp of Country Crock spread: 25 calories
  • 1 tbsp Hazelnut Coffeemate Creamer: 35 calories

Total: 170 calories

Super excited to get back on track and watch the pounds drop.

Lunch:

  • 2 Slices Light Wheat Bread: 70 calories
  • 1/2 Can of Albacore Tuna in Water: 70 calories
  • 1/2 tbsp Hellman’s Canola Mayo: 22.5 calories
  • Kosher Dill Pickle Spear: 5 calories

Total: 167.5 calories
